Pork Roast

The first roast in the new oven turned out better (way better!) than expected.  Not wanting to break tradition, I still burned some of the wee potato bits, but the roast itself was DEEElicious!

    All the good smells coming right through the computer. Yum!! I bet that filled up some tummies.
